Hiring full-time senior designers or developers can be expensive, often exceeding $100,000 annually plus benefits. Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy. With our subscription plan, you only pay for design and development work when you need it, and you can pause or resume your subscription anytime.
“Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?”
No, there is no limit. You can add as many design and development requests to your queue as you want. We'll work on them one by one.
“How quickly will I receive my designs and developed features?”
Most design and development requests are completed within two days. However, more complex tasks may take a bit longer.
“How are larger design and development requests handled?”
For larger requests like full-scale website designs, mobile app development, or complex UI/UX work, we break them down into manageable parts. You'll receive portions of the work every 24-48 hours until the project is finished.
“How does the pause feature work for subscriptions?”
If you don't have enough design or development work to fill a month, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on 31 days. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, you'll have 10 days remaining that you can use anytime later.
“Which tools do you use for design and development?”
We use Figma for design and Framer or Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind for development, depending on the project requirements.
“Can I pay for a single project instead of a subscription?”
Yes, we offer project-based services as well. You can request a quote for your project, and we'll provide a price. However, our subscription service offers better pricing and more flexibility.
“How do I request designs and development tasks?”
We use Notion to manage requests. You can submit your design and development requests directly in Notion, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video. If it can be linked or shared in Notion, it works for us.
“What if I'm not satisfied with the design or development work?”
No worries! We'll continue revising the design or development until you're completely satisfied.
“How many rounds of revisions are included in the subscription?”
As many as needed! With our unlimited subscription, we don't limit revisions. We'll keep working on your design and development until you're 100% happy with it.
